Political career of Bhagwant Singh Mann
Jugnu started his political career in 2011 by joining the People’s Party of Punjab. Mann was elected to the 16th Lok Sabha in May 2014. He joined the Aam Aadmi Party in March 2014. He contested in Sangrur Lok Sabha constituency. He won the election by 2,11,721 votes. Mann was the convener of the Aam Aadmi Party but he resigned from the post when Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal apologized to Bikram Singh Majithia. The case was related to a drug mafia case. After this Jugnu participated in the elections in 2017 to give competition to Sukhbir Singh Badal and Ravneet Singh Bittu but he lost the election.
