How to create account on SSP Karnataka Portal?

To apply for any of the scholarships available on this portal, students need to create an account on this portal. They can create an account on this portal by following the instructions given below-

  • Visit the official portal of SSP Karnataka. Portal link can be checked below.

After creating an account on SSP, students can easily login to the portal to apply for any scholarship or check other details. The login process is as follows-

  1. Visit the official portal.
  2. Click on the “Student Login” tab.
  3. Enter the login ID and password provided during account creation.

How to Apply for SSP Karnataka Pre Matric Scholarship?

  1. Click on SSP Portal.
  2. Click on the Apply for Pre-Matric Scholarship link.
  3. Click on Student Login.
  4. Now, the homepage of the student account will appear. The homepage will consist of the following menus- Home, Edit, Scholarship and Profile.
  5. This will also include the facility of Aadhaar option. Click on “Yes” if both the student and the parent have Aadhar card. Click “Proceed”.
  6. Mark the consent box and proceed.
  7. If the Aadhaar details are incorrect, an error message will appear on the screen. If the details are correct then the given message will appear. Click “Yes”.
  8. After Aadhaar authentication, complete the profile by filling the certificate details.
  9. Fill the details carefully and click on “Save & Proceed” button.
  10. Now, provide the Day Scholar/Hosteler details.
  11. Fill the personal details.
  12. Now, fill the personal details asked (District, Taluka, Contact Address) and click on “Save & Proceed”.

  • Visit the Karnataka SSP Post Matric Portal.
  • Create Account. If you already have an account then proceed.

  • Fill the Aadhaar details. If Aadhaar is not there then click on EID Number (Aadhaar Enrollment Number) like EID of the student.

Is it mandatory for students and their parents to have Aadhar card?

Yes, Aadhar card is important to avail scholarship. They can provide their EID Number (Aadhaar Enrollment Number) in case Aadhaar Card is not available. Therefore, before applying candidates must have a valid Aadhaar or apply for it.

What does SATS stand for? 

SATS stands for ” Student Achievement Track System “. This is a unique ID number provided to the students. 

Can we make corrections in the application form after submission?

No, after submitting the application, you cannot make any corrections in the application form. Hence, every candidate is advised to fill the application form carefully.   

Do we have to register again if we have already got the scholarship of the previous academic year?

No, the registration for a particular scholarship on the SSP portal is a one-time process. Already registered students will have to apply for renewal of scholarship in the next academic year.

Can a backward class student apply through SSP Karnataka portal?

Yes, now a student of backward class category can also apply through SSP portal. Earlier they had to apply through the e-pass portal.

Can we track scholarship status on SSP portal?

Yes, you can check it by logging into the portal. You have to click on the “Track My Scholarship” option given under the “Scholarship” menu in the student account.

Is there any option to edit student details on SSP portal?

Yes, students can edit their certificate details and bank details. This can be done by logging into the student account and clicking the “Edit” menu.

How to Change Login Password on SSP Portal?

Login to the portal using valid credentials. Click on the “Profile” menu given at the top right side of the page and click on “Change Password” option. Enter the new password and save the changes.
